This booking platform has multiple vendors. Please carefully read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using our website and services. You (“User” or “you”) and Skillvex have a legal agreement based on these terms. You agree to be bound by all of these terms by using the platform going forward.

Platform Introduction?

  • Skillvex is a multi-vendor online marketplace and appointment booking platform where users can browse and book services, rentals, events, and classified listings.
  • Skillvex itself does not provide any services, but rather acts as a digital intermediary between vendors and customers.

Eligibility:-

  • You must create a user account.

  • Your information must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

  • You are responsible for the security of your account. Report any unauthorized use to us immediately.

  • You guarantee that you are 18 years of age or older.

  • You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

User Accounts and Responsibilities:-

  • Providing accurate information when creating an account is mandatory.

  • It is your responsibility to keep your login information secure.

  • Skillvex will not be responsible for any unauthorized activity.

Booking and payment:-

  • Process:- You can book and pay for services offered by vendors listed on the platform.

  • Payment: Our safe third-party payment gateway handles all payments. Only after payment has been confirmed will Booking (reservations) be deemed final.

  • Pricing:-  Service prices are set by the respective vendors. We are not responsible for any price changes.

  • Cancellations and Refunds: Each vendor sets their own cancellation and refund policies, which should be made apparent at the time of booking. Before making a Booking (reservation), please be sure to read the vendor’s policy. Only the original payment method will be used for refunds, if any.

  • Some services may be non-refundable.

  • The refund process may take 3–7 business days.

Vendors and Third-Party Services:-

  • Skillvex does not assume direct responsibility for the services provided by vendors.

  • The vendor and the client will settle any disagreements.

  • Skillvex may act as a mediator, but is not obligated to do so.

User Conduct:-

You agree that when using the platform, you will not:-

  • Not violate any laws or regulations

  • Do not provide any false, fraudulent, or misleading information.

  • Do not damage or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.

  • Not harass, threaten, or abuse any seller or other user.

  • Misuse of another person’s identity.

  • Abusive, offensive, or threatening behavior.

Relationship with Vendors :-

  • Service providers are independent vendors, not employees of Skillvex.

  • We are not responsible for the quality of service, safety, or the actions of the vendors.

  • Please attempt to resolve any service-related disputes or complaints directly with the relevant vendor. If necessary, you can contact our customer support.

Intellectual Property Rights:-

  • All content, designs, logos, and text available on the Skillvex website are the property of Skillvex or its partners.
  • Their use without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability:-

  • Service delays.

  • Data loss

  • Vendor errors

The company will not be liable for:

  • Our platform is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the services.

  • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • In any case, the entire sum you have paid us over the previous 3 months will be our maximum obligation.

Changes to Termination of Service:-

  • Some features are disabled.
  • Your access to the platform may be stopped or canceled at any moment for any reason, particularly if you breach these conditions.

Ratings and Reviews:-

  • Customer reviews may be made public.
  • Skillvex reserves the right to remove fake or offensive reviews.

Changes and Governing Law:-

  • We may revise these terms from time to time. We will notify you when updates are made. Your continued use of the service after the new terms become effective will constitute your acceptance of the modifications.
  • This agreement is governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaura, Morena (Madhya Pradesh).
