  • KYC documents (such as PAN, Aadhaar, GST, etc. – where required)

  • Photos, videos, listing details.

Note: We do not store your payment information (such as card number). This is processed directly through the secure payment gateway system.

How is your information used?

  • To facilitate. appointment/service bookings.
  • To enable secure and seamless communication between vendors and customers.
  • To process payments.

With whom do we share your data?

  • Service Providers (Vendors): When you book an appointment, your name, contact details, and booking information are shared with the relevant vendor so they can provide you with the service.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: When you book an appointment or any service, information needs to be shared with the service owner, and your information is shared with the appropriate payment gateway for complete booking confirmation so that your booking can be confirmed with payment.

  • Legal Requirements: In order to abide by laws, rules, court orders, or government requests, we may divulge data.

  • Company Transfers: User information may be moved if we merge, buy, or sell assets.

  • We do not sell any of your information to any other or third party. Protecting your data is our primary responsibility.

Your Rights (Under India's DPDP Act):-

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, grants you (“Data Principal”) the following rights to control your data:-

  • Right of Access and Correction: You have the ability to access and update the personal information we have on file.

Data Retention:-

  • Deletion on inactivity: As per DPDP rules, if a user is inactive for one year, we will send a 48-hour notice before deleting the data.

Children's Privacy:-

  • We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.
  • If a child’s information has been saved, please let us know immediately so we can delete it.
